Official Rules of the “Win the Tarnovo Constitution” Giveaway

The Bulgarian version of these rules is the authoritative legal text. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised and run by Nasledstvoto VI OOD, UIC 208579366, with registered office and management address at 25 Tsar Ivan Asen II St, Sofia (the “Organiser”). Contact: support [at] nasledstvotovi dot com .

2. Period and place

The giveaway runs from 2 August 2026 until 23:59 Bulgarian time on 29 August 2026 inclusive, on the Organiser’s official Facebook page, “Наследството ВИ”. Comments posted after 23:59 on 29 August 2026 do not take part in the giveaway.

3. Eligibility

Any natural person who is at least 18 years old on the date of their entry, with a delivery address in the Republic of Bulgaria or another European Union country, may take part. Partners and employees of the Organiser, persons directly involved in running the giveaway, and members of their families may not take part.

Participation is entirely free and is not conditional on purchasing any product or service.

4. How to enter

To take part, within the period set out in section 2 the participant must complete both of the following steps at the same time:

1. Follow the Facebook page “Наследството ВИ”;
2. Post a comment under the giveaway announcement post, answering the question: “Who would you give the Tarnovo Constitution to, and why?”

One profile counts as one entry, regardless of the number of comments posted. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries from fake, duplicate or automated profiles, as well as comments with offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content.

5. Prize

The prize is 1 (one) facsimile edition of “The Tarnovo Constitution” with an individual number and a certificate of authenticity, with a market value of EUR 499. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or for another prize. Delivery of the prize is at the Organiser’s expense.

6. Drawing and announcing the winner

The winner is chosen by a random selection tool from among all valid entries, live on the Organiser’s Facebook page on 30 August 2026 at around 19:00. Two reserve winners are also drawn, in the order in which they are drawn. The winner is announced in a post and/or comment on the page, and their profile is mentioned (tagged).

7. Claiming the prize

The winner must contact the Organiser by private message to the page or at support [at] nasledstvotovi dot com within 5 (five) days of the announcement and provide delivery details. If the winner does not respond within this period or declines the prize, it is awarded to the first reserve winner on the same terms.

8. Tax treatment

The prize is subject to tax under the Bulgarian Personal Income Tax Act. The final tax due on the value of the prize is borne entirely by the Organiser, who declares and pays it in the established manner. For tax-declaration purposes the winner provides the Organiser with their three names and personal identification number (ЕГН), used solely to fulfil this statutory obligation.

9. Personal data

The data controller is Nasledstvoto VI OOD. In connection with the giveaway, the publicly visible data from participants’ comments is processed, and for the winner: names, phone, delivery address and personal identification number (ЕГН). The data is processed for the purposes of running the giveaway, delivering the prize and fulfilling the Organiser’s statutory obligations, and is kept for the periods provided by law. By taking part in the giveaway, participants declare that they have read and accept these rules.

10. Relationship with Meta

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or otherwise associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook). The information provided by participants is provided to the Organiser and not to Meta. By taking part, participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability in connection with the giveaway.

11. General provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or to end the giveaway where there are objective reasons, announcing the changes publicly on its Facebook page and on this page. Disputes between the Organiser and participants are resolved by mutual agreement and, failing that, in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian law.
